I am very sad to have to report that Michael Campbell died early this morning. Michael had a heart attack on or about June 17th. There had been a lot of complications but it appeared that he was on the mend and he had been transfered from CICU to a regular room. However,according to Manny, he had another heart attack about 3:00 a.m. this morning. We were all hoping that the improvements he had made recently meant that he would be with us in body as well as spirit to celebrate another Winfield. Alas, it is not to be. Please keep Paula in your hearts, thoughts and prayers. I don't have her phone number but her address is :
